1. Setup Fees
The initial setup fee (e.g., $500) in non-refundable. This fee covers the immediate labor, AI training, and technical configuration required to launch your "Revenue Recovery System." Once the work has commenced, these resources cannot be recovered.
2. Performance Guarantee
Our "5-Job Guarantee" applies to the monthly management fee only. If Evalve AI does not book at least five (5) qualified service appointments within a 30-day billing cycle, the management fee for that specific month will be waived or refunded.
Note: A "Qualified Appointment" is defined as a homeowner seeking plumbing services within your service area who has provided a valid name, phone number, and address.
3. Ad Spend
All advertising spend is paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta/Google). Evalve AI does not hold these funds and cannot issue refunds for ad spend under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least three (3) business days prior to the renewal date
5. Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, you agree to contact Evalve AI directly to resolve any financial disputes before filing a chargeback with your bank.
